Streets will be repaved, new bus stations will be installed, and a few select subway stations will be upgraded to deal with the increase of traffic. <br /> <br /> The overhaul of the transportation system will begin September 9th. Macmillan says that all above-ground work will be completed by December 1st, to avoid having to deal with snow.
