Mind Blowers and Game Show-ers

MIND BLOWING
FUNNY PIC OF THE DAY: So, after several hours of racking my brain, and a few flying sparks, regarding how I was going to show all the funny pictures that I had today without overloading your brain with funny, I have decided to ease you onto the funny with this weekly segment, called obviously "Funny Pic Of The Day." I will have this at the beginning of the entry every time, so as to keep you interested enough to possibly read the rest of the entry. So, here is installment #1:

2pc Meal: $3.99
The New KFC Box: $5.00
Family Meal Deal: $19.99
The Hillary Special: $Priceless

I laughed so hard when I first saw this picture because I knew at once who it was referring to. Only when I stopped and actually read and understood what the words meant did I continue laughing. And I'm still laughing now! *snicker**snicker*
GAME SHOWING

So my family and I were all sitting around last night, eating dinner and watching "Wheel of Fortune." Topics of discussion that came up were "Pat Sajak must be really old" and "I wish I got payed to walk across the stage and touch screens, all while pretending I wanted to be there by clapping and looking enthusiastic." What ever happened to the days where Vanna actually had to turn over the letters? What happened to Pat Sajak's hair? Then I found out.

Did you realize that the wonderful duo of Pat and Vanna have been doing the same exact thing since the show first started being syndicated? In 1983?!?!  Holy schnikes (Pronounced shh-ny-keys)! Vanna White has to be one of the most good-looking and attractive fifty-year olds I've ever seen. Also, I wonder if they ever thought about getting married?

Anyways....

Something else happened on this particular episode that rarely happens in any other episode. Somebody got the $1 Million Dollar Wedge and won the main game. He lost in the bonus round, but it got me thinking...(more sparks)...What is the hardest game show to win $1,000,000 (One-Million) dollars on? To get my answert I've decided to go old school and break out something I haven't used since the first entry; a David Letterman-style Top 10 List! So without further ado, I present...

TOP TEN HARDEST GAME SHOWS TO WIN A MILLION DOLLARS ON

10. The Power of 10 - This short-running game show, hosted by the ever talented Mr. Drew Carey, had it's first million dollar winner on THE FIRST SHOW! No wonder it went bankrupt. Would this qualify as one of the hardest because it's not on anymore?

9. Deal or No Deal's Quest For a Million - It was a short-lived concept, but c'mon people! They were practically giving it away! (Note: not the actual show. That comes later.)

8. Survivor (not an actual game show, but it still counts according to me) - Have you ever sat at home while watching this show and said "What are they whining for? I could do that." Truth is, you probably could. But that's just me.

7. The Price is Right - Another Carey show, this game show is only hard if you don't shop at Wal-Mart or Target or somewhere like that. In what world is a can of Baked Beans $0.99? There it is! Psst...get your pets spayed and/or neutered.

*Insert Lame Paul Schaffer Joke Here*

6. WWTBAM (Who Wants to Be a Millionaire) - A handful of people have made it to the top, but you actually have to be smart to do it. Which eliminates me. And Meredith Viera. I wonder if she could even answer any of the questions that she asks?

5. Deal or No Deal (Regular) - I think you have a better chance of scoring with one of the models than you do of winning the million. And yet, a few people have still done it.

4. Jeopardy - I think it's possible to get a million, but only if your name rhymes with Ben Bennings. Come to think of it, did he even reach a million? I'll have to check on that.

3. 1 vs. 100 - It's a good concept, and I know the show was a profitable one because only one person ever won the million. Yet I know why. Who can stand listening to Bob Saget for that long?

2. Wheel of Fortune - First, you have to land on the million dollar space wedged between the two bankrupts, win the game, win the bonus round, and then get the right spin. It was by sheer luck that that one person won it.

And the number one hardest game show to win a million dollars...*mystery**suspense*

1. Family Feud - On no game show is it harder to win a million dollars than on a game show where it's not even possible.

I wanted to put the show "Let's Make a Deal" on here. I know it wouldn't have made sense, but I really like the costumes.
